All you need is eight assorted 10-inch squares to create these two placemats and table runner. This stunning example of stained glass uses a technique that is pure genius. Clover fusible bias tape creates the stained glass effect so there are no tiny strips to sew into the blocks! This dramatic look is easy to achieve, even for a beginner.
