This quilt is designed to use with the Folded Star Stencil by PlumEasy Patterns. This is a confident beginner-intermediate level quilt pattern. With the Stencil you will learn to make an EasyStar block, but with Tulip Surprise, we take it another step and make those stars pop with a little tulip peeking through the points. It is really fun to make.
