Dutch Windmills

The Dutch Windmills pattern, also known as 'Hearts and Gizzards', has long been a favorite of quilters everywhere. Traditionally, this pattern was pieced using two solid looking fabrics, preferably with a strong contrast. Fusible interfacing makes piecing easy. Finish your quilt with a simple or mitered border.
