Our friendly staff is happy to assist you in selecting fabrics for your project. Be sure to come in before the day of your class for your fabric and supplies.
If you wish to just come in and Sit and Sew, there is a minimal fee of $5.00 per day (partial or whole day). Be sure to call ahead of time to make sure we have space available.
We offer a variety of classes geared toward children's groups. Special classes can be set up for Birthday parties, Home school groups, Boys or Girls organizations such as Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts or 4-H. Each child can do a small quilting project for one day classes, for example a pillow or stocking. Or you can set up multiple classes for completion of a Rail Fence or Log Cabin lap size quilt. Kits or fabrics for the larger projects are available for a reasonable fee.
Groups also can choose from each child completing their own quilt or making a group quilt to be used as a fund raiser for the organization.
We also can arrange for a quilt history lecture geared toward children at Quilt in a Day or at local schools in the area.
